What do we use your data for?

The personal data you provide through the contact form or newsletter subscription (name, email, and, where applicable, company and message) is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry or to send you the content you subscribed to. Without this data, we cannot handle your request.

Why do we process your personal data?

The legal basis for processing is:

  • Your explicit consent, given when submitting the contact form or subscribing to the newsletter.
  • Taking pre-contractual steps requested by you (responding to an inquiry about our services).

Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. For sending emails (contact replies and the newsletter) we use Resend, an email infrastructure provider acting as a data processor under contract, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep contact form data for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, and for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact. Newsletter subscription data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or by writing to us.

How do we safeguard your data?

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access to your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.

How can you control your data?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to sergio@sperea.es, indicating which right you wish to exercise. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

  • Access, rectification, and erasure: you can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data.
  • Objection: you can object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation.
  • Restriction: you can request that we only keep your data to comply with legal obligations.
  • Portability: you can receive your data in an electronic format.
  • Withdrawal of consent: you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
